NBA Star Zion Williamson Accused of Sexual Assault and Abuse in Civil Lawsuit

NBA player Zion Williamson is facing a civil lawsuit filed by a woman identified as Jane Doe, who alleges he raped her, kidnapped her, and subjected her to prolonged abuse. The complaint, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, claims that Williamson sexually assaulted her twice in 2020 and engaged in a pattern of threats, physical violence, and coercive control from 2020 to 2023.
According to the lawsuit, the woman says she was in a relationship with Williamson from 2018 to 2023 and alleges that he made death threats against her and her family—at times through his armed security personnel.
The legal action comes amid other off-court controversies involving Williamson, including the recent arrest of Ahkeema Love, the mother of his child, on stalking and assault charges.
As of now, no criminal charges have been filed against Williamson in connection to the civil suit’s allegations. The NBA star has not yet issued a public statement regarding the case.
