Beyoncé becomes first black woman to headline Coachella

CALIFORNIA – International superstar Beyoncé Knowles-Carter made history on Saturday to be the first black woman to headline the Coachella music and art festival ongoing in California.

The “Single Ladies” hitmaker brought her sister Solange Knowles, rapper husband Shaun “Jay Z” Carter and former Destiny’s Child peers Michelle Williams and Kelly Rowland for her two-hour set.
