Here’s What Bill Cosby’s Prison Cell Looks Like!

Nationwide — 81-year old Bill Cosby is already in prison serving his 3 to 10 year sentence. Earlier this week, he was convicted and sentenced by a judge for the sexual assault of Andrea Constand, a former Temple University women’s basketball administrator. But many people are wonder what kind of prison he’s in.

Well, here’s the answer: He will be serving his time in a brand new state-of-the-art $400 million state prison called the State Correctional Institution Phoenix. Located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, the air-conditioned facility currently houses around 2,600 inmates but has the capacity for up to 3,500 inmates.

The prison is reportedly well-equipped to care for anyone with physical, medical and security needs, and because of Cosby’s age and health problems, it’s been said that he may end up in a long-term medical care unit at the prison.

But it’s not all luxury; It’s still a prison, and he will be serving his time in a prison cell with nothing more than a bed, a desk, a toilet, and a sink. Like others, this prison also has its share of unfair treatment. Other inmates have reported limited access to water, mistreatment by the guards, hate crimes, and a very strict telephone policy.

There is no doubt that being in prison will be a huge adjustment for Cosby, who has lived the life of a multi-millionaire for more than 40 years.
