Chadwick Boseman headed back to school in Washington, D.C., to be presented with an honorary doctorate.

The actor was invited back to his alma mater, Howard University, to deliver the keynote for the institution’s 150th commencement ceremony, he was also made a Doctor of Humane Letters — the school’s highest accolade.
